EHC's Emergency Response Team provides 24-hr emergency response to hazardous materials incidents and spills for the southeastern portion of North Carolina and the northeastern South Carolina. (map) In addition, EHC provides environmental assistance to local agencies. EHC is trained, qualified and equipped to perform clean-up and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. EHC is capable of providing Clean-up Reports in accordance with the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources (NCDENR) and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC).
